Andrea Carlevaris is a partner and co-head of the International Arbitration practice at BonelliErede.

Andrea is the President of the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA) and of the International Supervisory Body of the OIC-AC (Organization for Islamic Cooperation-Arbitration Centre). Between 2012 and 2017, he has been the Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Director of the ICC Dispute Resolution Services. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), of the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of Armenia (AMCA) and of several other organizations. He is a member of the Milan Club of Arbitrators and of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. Andrea is a former member of the Board of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). Between 2009 and 2012, he was a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Andrea has served as arbitrator under numerous arbitration rules, including those of the ICC, ICSID, the PCA, UNCITRAL and the LCIA. He regularly represents clients in international arbitration proceedings.

Andrea is the author of a monograph on interim relief in internation arbitration and of numerous publications on international law, conflicts of laws and arbitration law. He is the director of Diritto del commercio internazionale – The Law of International Trade and regularly contributes to, and serves on the editorial board of, several international law and arbitration journals.

Doug Jones AO is an independent international commercial and investor-state arbitrator with over 40 years’ prior experience as an international transactional and disputes project lawyer. Doug has chambers in Sydney and Toronto and is a door tenant at Atkin Chambers in London. He is also an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court. Doug has been involved as an arbitrator in over 190 commercial and investor-state arbitrations spanning over 30 jurisdictions around the world, and he has experience in disputes under a wide array of institutional and ad hoc arbitration rules.

John Beechey CBE is among the best-known arbitrators in the world. He has served as chairman, party-appointed arbitrator, or sole arbitrator on international arbitral tribunals in both ad hoc (including UNCITRAL) and institutional arbitrations under the Rules of all major arbitral institutions. John is a past President of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC (2009-2015) and is the current Chairman of the Board of the BVI International Arbitration Centre.

Kelvin Aw is a Partner at CMS Singapore and a Co-Head of its Infrastructure and Construction practice, with almost 30 years of experience in the sector.

He has appeared before all levels of the Singapore Courts and in international and domestic arbitrations under ICC, SIAC, AIAC, and CIETAC rules, and is also experienced in statutory adjudications under Singapore’s Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2004, since inception. On the transactional side, he advises on major infrastructure projects across Asia, with a focus on rail, renewable energy, commercial developments, and data centre projects.

A graduate of the MSc programme in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution in King’s College London, Kelvin is also a Senior Accredited Specialist with the Singapore Academy of Law, a Fellow of the Singapore and Chartered Institutes of Arbitrators and a Senior Adjudicator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. For the last 30 years Michael Black KC maintained an arbitrator practice, accepting appointments as sole, party-appointed and chair in ad-hoc proceedings in England & Wales, Africa, India, Middle East, Russia, Singapore and China as well as under the City Disputes Panel, ICC, LCIA, SIAC, UNCITRAL, LMAA, SCMA and DIAC Rules. Michael has sat in over 150 arbitrations and throughout his career.

Mohamed S Abdel Wahab is the founding partner and head of international arbitration, construction and energy at Zulficar & Partners, Egypt. He is also professor of international arbitration, private international law and English contract law at Cairo University; chair of the ICC Governing Body for Dispute Resolution Services; president of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (2025); dean of the Africa Arbitration Academy; and a member of the Curatorium of the Hague Academy of International Law, the ICCA governing board, the advisory board of the MIAC, the LACIAC Court of Arbitration, the ITA Academic Council and the PCA court. Peter Turner KC has over 30 years’ experience as an advocate, primarily in arbitrations but also in court. He also sits as an arbitrator.

Peter’s practice comprises investment-treaty arbitration (under the ICSID and UNCITRAL Rules and ad hoc, including administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration), other matters involving issues of public international law, and complex and high-value commercial disputes, including post-M&A disputes and construction and engineering cases. His industry experience covers a wide range, from energy (including nuclear and renewable energy) to financial services and banking, from ground-handling at airports to manufacturing.

Dr. Winnie Jo-Mei Ma FCIArb is an arbitrator based in Australia and affiliated with The Arbitration Chambers in Singapore. She serves as a Council Member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law, and the Chair of the ICC Institute Prize Jury. She is also an Assistant Professor of Bond University, with 25 years of teaching appointments in Australia and Taiwan, including National Taiwan University, Soochow University, Adelaide University, and Newcastle University.

As an Honorary Adviser and former Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei, Winnie led various institutional and legislative rule-making projects. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and former Convenor of the East Asia Branch Taiwan Chapter, Winnie introduced all levels of international arbitration courses to Taiwan.
